Thank you for your interest in reading Mike Thiessen's story. The ethos instilled in his upbringing caused him to choose USAFA, when he could have accepted athletic offers at many top schools. Since his 1969 graduation he has served our Air Force, the Academy, and fellow Zoomies. He and Nancy established their estate plans to include a future legacy gift for the Academy's benefit.
